SHROPSHIRE’S NISSAN DEALERSHIP IS REGION’S NUMBER ONE

William A. Lewis Nissan dealership has been confirmed as number one in the Midlands and North West region.

The accolade has gone to William A. Lewis Nissan for overall customer satisfaction based on sales.

The Telford dealership achieved a rolling three month score of 98.1% which put William A. Lewis Nissan eighth in the country.

The number one position out of 17 Nissan dealers in the region was based on customers’ complete sales experience from test drive to delivery.

“We have been consistently in the top flight for customer satisfaction and want to remain at this level,” said Mervyn Hughes, dealer principal.

The Nissan customer satisfaction award was presented to Mervyn by Paul Cumming who has been zone manager for a year.
