Our Nissan dealership has doubled its number of master technicians. Stuart Hamer has joined Andrew Willetts as a master tech at the William A. Lewis Nissan dealership, Stafford Park , Telford .
On congratulating Stuart, the dealership’s service manager Christian Daffern said: “As many as 60% don’t achieve the Nissan master technician qualification – that’s how tough it is.
“Stuart’s success coming on top of Andrew’s gives our service facility a wealth of knowledge. They are qualified technicians at the top of their game.”
The dealership has four technicians and Nissan stipulate that its needs two of them to be master techs for increased customer satisfaction.
Stuart, 39, who is from Telford , has been in the motor industry for 23 years and with the William A. Lewis Group for the last six years.
He joined the Nissan dealership two and a half years ago and has moved through the ranks as an accredited technician to gain master tech status.
“I am delighted to have achieved the qualification,” said Stuart.
